Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. They apply to all business carried out by Joanne @ Joyfire Publishing UK. By using this Website and/or placing an order, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Please note we reserve the right to refuse sales.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of England and any user of this Website hereby agrees to be bound exclusively by the jurisdiction of English courts without reference to rules governing choice of laws. If any of these Terms and Conditions are found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable by a Court, the remainder of the Terms and Conditions will not be affected and will remain valid to the full extent allowed by the law. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect immediately when posted on the Website. It is your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions each time you enter this Website and your continued use of the website indicates your acceptance of the current Terms and Conditions.

Payments
Items for sale on this Webpage may be purchased by using the Paypal secure payment system. Prices are shown in varying currencies, such as British Pounds (£), Euros (€) or U.S. dollars ($). The cost of postage and packaging is added prior to the final payment stage.
Please note price and availability of specimens is subject to change without notice.
How to order:
Select the currency option you wish to use by clicking the appropriate ‘Paypal buy’ button, where you will be directed to secure Payal website.
PayPal – enables you to pay electronically with your credit card or debit card, or use your PayPal account (if you have one). However, you do not need a PayPal account to choose this option.
Joanne @ Joyfire Publishing UK aims to post all items within seven (7) days of receiving payment.
All postage costs are determined by the current UK Royal Mail postage rates and the cost of packaging, which may change. Joanne @ Joyfire Publishing UK reserves the right to change the postage rates without notice as determined by the underlying costs.
Domestic postage
All orders within the UK are posted by Royal Mail First Class Recorded (Signed for).
International postage
All orders within Europe will be posted by Royal Mail Airmail. The cost of postage and packaging is determined by the weight of the specimen and packaging, and the cost of packaging materials.
European countries are classified by the Royal Mail as:
Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canary Islands, Corsica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Irish Republic, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Madeira, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia and Montenegro, Kosovo, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Spitzbergen, Sweden, Switzerland, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Vatican City State.
Worldwide customers
All orders to be sent to worldwide destinations will be posted by Royal Mail Airmail. The cost of postage and packaging is determined by the weight of the specimen and packaging, and the cost of packaging materials.
Returns Policy
All customers are entitled to a 10 calendar day grace period from receipt of the purchase.
If you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase and wish to return the item, please follow the steps below:
1. Please contact us immediately (and within the 10 days grace period from the receipt of your purchase) in WRITING, by via email, of your intent to return the item.
2. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE WRITTEN NOTIFICATION OF YOUR INTENTION TO RETURN THE ARTICLE WITHIN THE 10 DAY GRACE PERIOD, WE WILL BE UNABLE TO ACCEPT THE RETURN.
3. Return the item to us in its original condition following the instructions below. The specimen must arrive at our UK address within 7 calendar days of notifying us of its return. This means you must post the item to us immediately upon notification of return.
4. International customers wishing to return specimens may have a longer period allowed for postage depending on their location. This will be decided upon the notification of intent to return.
5. Please post back to Joanne @ Joyfire Publishing UK at the address listed above.
